Our Family Story and Restaurant Legacy

Nanny and Pap-Pap loved spending time in this part of Trafford, visiting local establishments like the Club House and enjoying meals and banquets at Parente's Restaurant. Shari and Sean also have many friends here and fond memories of growing up in the area. We began looking at this place in 2019, but things did not work out at that time. In 2024, Trafford called us back and gave us a second chance to acquire the former Parente's, which was called Club 80's at that time. The owners had made some great changes, and we recognized how much those changes fit our vision.

Through trials, tribulations, and timing, we found our perfect spot. Veronica's on Cavitt is family owned, family focused, and most importantly family friendly. Our goal is to become a meaningful part of the Trafford community by providing a comfortable social atmosphere for people to meet and spend time, with great food and drinks in a welcoming environment and a rotating mix of live music, trivia, DJs, dancing, and karaoke in the evenings for the adult crowd.

We promise an everyday menu built around fresh, quality food — family recipes blended with dishes inspired by our own life experiences, including secret recipes passed down from the Aiello family. By running an efficient food program, controlling costs, and minimizing waste, we aim to keep our prices affordable.
